Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. • Cancellations with Less Than 2 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion.
